Greetings, dear friends! I'm delighted that you are here!

Let's ease into a supported horizontal position, allowing ourselves to settle gently.

Feel the weight of your body as you lay down, ensuring your back is straight and directing your focus to your feet.

Observe the grounding sensation, acknowledging the surface you are resting on, which may evoke feelings of heaviness or tingling.

These sensations simply indicate your awareness of pressure and activity. Now, shift your attention to your breath.

Let's breathe together.

Inhale for 8 seconds, exhale for 10, releasing with a deep sound like "ahhhhhh."

With each exhale, allow your body to relax and sink deeper into your resting place.

If you wish, bring your hands to your heart center or into prayer pose in front of your heart.

By doing so, you may sense a feeling of sacredness.

Invite the universal life force, Reiki, to be present in your body with intention for harmonization and balance.

Let's breathe in and out together for a few counts.

Inhale for 9 seconds, exhale for 10.

Exhale with a pronounced "ahhhhhh."

Visualize releasing negativity and illness, letting them dissipate into the surroundings for Mother Earth to absorb and neutralize.

Once more, let's breathe together.

Inhale and exhale slowly.

Now, imagine a 1000-petaled Lotus at the crown of your head, envisioning it opening to allow Reiki energy to flow through you.

Focus on guiding this energy through your body, experiencing various sensations in your hands and fingers.

When you're ready, place your hands on your lap, palms on your thighs, to allow energy to flow through your legs.

Take a moment to notice any sensations in your hands, legs, or thighs.

Alternatively, visualize Reiki entering your entire body system as you breathe, feeling light and expansive.

Observe any areas of resistance or tension without judgment, allowing yourself to simply be present.

Practice mindfulness by acknowledging and accepting the current state of your body and emotions.

Continue to breathe in Reiki energy, letting it flow through your cells and out into your aura.

Allow yourself to harmonize with the environment and embrace the peace within.

Listen to your body's cues, whether it's a need to move, stretch, or deepen your breath.

You can remain in this space for as long as you like, or gradually return to awareness by focusing on your breath and body movements.

When you're ready, gently open your eyes, hydrate, and savor the presence of Reiki within you.
